I recently adopted a dog from a rescue center. I had never rescued a dog before although have had two golden retrievers. I was anxious and nervous as this was my first experience. I cannot say enough how very kind and caring Gabbi was. This was an emotional experience and she made the situation so much easier and made sure the dog was properly transported from pick up to dropping her off to me. She made sure things went as smootlhy as possibly. She built a trusting relationship and helped everyone involved and am thankful. JH

Just wanted to follow up with you and let you know that Charlie got to his new home in London, England safe and sound a little after 8 pm this evening, and made himself right at home. He didn't seem to be too phased by the whole process, just a little tired. I want to thank you for all your help throughout this process, it has been amazing. I would like to say thank you very much for all your help in planning and arranging for our dog, Tom, to move to England. Moving him was a confusing and complex process, but your expertise and helpfulness made it possible. Also, the prices that you offered for the flight and ground transportation were actually affordable, compared to the other pet shippers I contacted. In addition to your expertise and help, you were friendly, professional, and very responsive, and it was very appreciated. The two biggest concerns I had about moving our dog to England were cost and safety. It needed to be affordable and safe to move our dog. Thanks to you, we could actually afford it, and our dog was transported and flown through pet-friendly and trustworthy methods, and arrived safely to us in England. Thanks for all of your help as I am sure this on the surface looked like an easy move and ended up being quite goofy. All animals arrived and in great shape. Kids are absolutely ecstatic.
